Hello, gamers!
As you may know, GAME ON is no longer at Rochester College, since I am no longer employed there.
Instead of lamenting the fall of an iconic service, I decided to move GAME ON with me. Inetta Smith, Bruce Childs, and I have set up a new venue for our video game events. They are now held at Grand Blanc United Methodist Church.
We have started out small, with about half-a-dozen consoles and twenty different games. The gamers who attended July's event had a great time playing such titles as DDR, Guitar Hero III, Mario Kart Double Dash, Wii Sports, and Star Wars Battlefront II.
Our next event is Friday, August 21, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Any game or hardware contributions for the night are always appreciated (E, E-10, or T-rated ONLY). Come and join us at the new home of GAME ON. We'll see you there.
